Got drillllllled last night

So, I got pounded by a car last night riding my cannondale. I was just crossing the street with a buddy of mine to go for a street ride at like 9pm and the car stopped for him, didn't see me and pulled out right into my left side. Went to the hospital to get checked out, x-rays came out fine but I'm still pretty damn sore. Tryin to decide if I should sue or not

Kovarik won, making it his 4th in total. Clair, Chris' wife and killer rider took the win in the women's race, but being Canadian was not awarded the "National Champion" title...as she is not an Aussie National. it was 40 for the past two days. went for a rode ride on spear st and saw some other guy who was also jonsed out going the opposite way. jeeze pek on monday. ribs tomorrow. we are almost halfway through the winter.

I POSE A CHALLENGE

Day Off

Sorry for making you all worry, I did not know I was being monitored so closely. On a lighter note: Things went much better today. Spun for about 25 minutes while watching rugby...it helped me feel manly and go faster. Tweaked the bike a bit to make it more comfortable. I'll put up some pics later. Also, I did not eat a full Italian meal before hand. So that was helpful. Totally different piece of news: Mr. Mark Washkevich is planning on returning for approximately three races in 2010. We are all very excited. Similarly: Former Drummer Racer, Scott Moody and Wifey Sam are expecting a baby girl in August or so. Incredible. And a huge congrats to the them as well! Now, back to watching Comedy Central. Good Stand Up on tonight. har har har har, lots o' laughs.

Trainer Fatality

We haven't heard anything from Zach today so I'm going to assume that his day 2 of training unfortunately killed him. I vote Cody as new team manager, obviously the most responsible.

Indoor Shred

I'm headed out to the Incline Club in Lakewood, NJ today for some indoor shred sesh. They've got a foam pit, yikes.
